Ceylon Rice Ration Book - 1955
This Ceylon Rice Ration Book must be older than the 1956 Sinhala only
Act as later years had no English Text as seen in the 1958 Rice coupon
book. It could probably be from 1953-1956 based on the observation that the
back cover in English is similer in layout to the back cover of 1958.
Since 1st issued in 1942, the 13th Series is 1955.
The Front Cover which would have had the Year and identification of
owner is missing.
Text in Sinhala and Tamil needs to be typed.
